Hello everyone!
We are having total 4000 employees(Hospital & Medical Deemed University), till date we were working as Personnel Management as an Labor welfare Office. We have now decided to move on to become "Strategic Human Resource Management Department". As a plan of action we have decided to use HRMS. Need some suggestions to smoothly implement the Human Resource Management System.
Thanks in Advance!

Dear Mr Chetan Gore,
Your query is not exactly clear. Have you decided to buy an HRMS or the purchase has been made already?
If you are yet to buy the HRMS then you may ask guidance from the vendor from whom you will buy the software. Generally, software service providers agree for the free training sessions to the general users also. Ask them to have such a session for the HR department as well as for the employees.
In case if you have purchased already then you may approach the software service provider on the implementation of the same. Additionally, obtain from them the details of their customers from your city and make a visit them. Understand from the other buyers how did they roll-out the software and what challenges did they face? Their inputs will help you in the smooth roll out at your company also.
Thanks,
