My previous company has not full and final settlement since Sept 2016.
I had sent one legal notice in Dec 2017 and several emails. Please advise can I still file a civil case to recover my dues.

There is a limitation period of three years as per Limitation Act 1963 from the last date the claim was send. So look into the e-mails and letters sent to the party and consult an advocate to lodge claim.
