Salary is more than PF ceiling and now he doesn't want to be a member of PF - is it possible as in his previous company his PF used to get deducted?

Hi, Just wanted to know if an employee joined a new organization and now his salary is more than PF ceiling and now he doesn't want to be a member of PF and don't want to deduct PF from his salary is it possible as in his previous company his PF used to get deducted.

There is no such option to the employee, as per EPF Act 1952 �nce a member always a member' however the contribution can be limited to ceiling amount.
