You are asking the draft of the letter that is fine, however, please confirm the type of contract that you had. Was it a work contract or a service contract or a contract to provide the labours? Why was the contract closed? Was it because of the completion of the project or the project is on but the contract period of your contract has expired and the principal employer does not wish to renew it? Did the principal employer issue you the PO before the execution of the contract?
Drafting the letter requires complete information. Hence the above queries.
