Hi, I have a question. As per CLRA no worker should work beyond 48 hrs per week. But as per the project targets people are working for 12 hours per day and the weekly working hours are more than 48 hours per week. In this regard, I have a doubt about how to show details in the wage register and muster roll, and OT register.

Considering the statutory obligations,12 hrs working can not be shown as working hrs. 08 hrs makes one working day and rest are OT hrs. However I suggest to check with with contract agreement too.
