Hello, this is an urgent and immediate request to everyone to help me with clauses we can add in the NDA document for the data team. Does anyone have any format ready which we can get signed from the team who is working in the field of data aggregation, data mining and have the data access with them?

Though you have raised your requirement, you have not written anything on the nature of your industry, your product or service, the Job Description of the data team, with whom do they interact in general etc.
Irrespective of the department in which an employee works, a paragraph on "Non-disclosure of information" is inserted in the appointment letter. Has your company done that? If yes, then please share the verbatim of this paragraph. Your "Non-disclosure Agreement" for the Data Team needs to be more than this paragraph.

Thanks Sir for your reply. Few details which were missing in my earlier post are as follow:
Our startup is in media-entertainment industry. we are working with the performing artists from pan India as of now. as of now we have 40000+ data with us which is verified and this can be direct used from the clients which are looking for these artists.
Everyone in the team is doing data mining where they are aggregating data from online sources and contacting them, leads from online ads is also there, finding the artists online and contacting them to register with us. On the backend with the team whole data is there open to use for different area of work like calling, emailing, contacting them and checking their work online etc.
One NDA is given at the time of the appointment but there is no major mention of the data usage and data security of the company. We are working towards adding the same in the old NDA or we are also ready to create a new one for everyone in the organization which speaks only about the data and its usage right for the team member who is sitting on it and working with. We have added one clause that when you leave the organization you cannot work with any kind of similar industry/ organization for 5 years.
This document is then signed and franked (notarised) so this becomes a legal document.

I recommend you download the formats available on this forum. Make the necessary changes and upload the draft copy here. Some senior might come forward to correct it.
We the members of this forum are outsiders, therefore, it will be difficult for us to prepare the NDA for the employees of your company. Even if someone tries to do it, it will take more than half a day. Will any member invest that much of time, it remains to be seen!
