Dear professionals, I want to know about the national holiday, which means if 15 Aug-2021 is a Sunday then this holiday is calculated in 8 minimum holidays given to an employee of the company. or in this situation these holidays are calculated (which is coming on Sunday) or we (As HR) can compensate this holiday too with another national holiday. kindly suggest.
