One contractor working in an establishment has more than 2 contracts with manpower more than 20 manpower in one contract and less than 20 in another contract, is the contractor have to take a labor license for one contract or it shall be counted on the total in the establishment.

If both contracts are executed by one work order, then contractor needs to take one license only considering total number of employees under one work order. If not, then he needs to take labour license only for the work order where number of employees is equal to or more than 2o.
