Respected Seniors, Requesting all seniors to please guide on below matter urgently.
My sister in law lost her job in April...& recently in Oct she was hired by one IT company stating that they want to help people who have lost their jobs due to covid, all staff is new in that office. Her designation was Sales Coordinator, Being a new employee she had worked very hard & have given new vendors to the company but still, there was lots of harassment from employers asking reports for each & every minute.
Finally, she left the job at the end of November (30.11.20) due to harassment, but the employer has held the salary for November. The appointment letter is not signed by her till now & by other employees as well. The below salary components have mentioned in the appointment letter whereas pf deduction is not mentioned. Also employer has mentioned that if 45 days notice period is not served by an employee the company will hold salary, also the salary cycle mentioned is 16th to 15.
2) Attendance Allowance
3) Royalty Bonus
4) Performance Allowance
Senior pls guide what action we can take against the employer as she needs salary & do not want to continue there.
