If any factory employed below 50 workmen employed, is it mandatory to get certified standing orders for the 50 workmen as per standing orders act will be applicable more than 100 workmen? What is the procedure for below 50 workmen employed in any manufacturing industry? Please advise n the above. Please advise on model standing orders and how to obtain them.

If you have a worker strength of 50 or below,you need not go for a Certified Standing Orders;
but if you want to have Standing Orders for your factory, you can go for model standing orders.
This can be retrieved from the State Government's website (Labour Department website).
Now as per new Code of Labour, if your workers strength is 300 or more, then only you need to have a copy of Certified Standing Orders.
