I had requested for PF and PENSION withdraw but my request is rejected saying "*Claim Rejected EPS NOT DEDUCTED ON WAGES RS.15000/-CLARIFY WITH REVISED F-3A BIFURCATION OF EPF & EPS FROM EMPLOYER*", the company which i used to work for is closed, please help me to get this money i am really in need.
And also i am willing to give Rs. 1500 as a commission if you are able to get it processed.

from the screenshot it seems that the service period is prior to 2014, where physical form 3A and 6A was applicable and has not been submitted properly
However you can lodge a complaint with https://epfigms.gov.in/ for redressal of your issues, and follow their replies, that will surely be helpful

Have you checked your pass book, before applying.
Were your contributions seen in pass book.
If contributions not paid by employer or if its not paid correctly then such error may
Be seen.
First confirm and know your contribution details where it has gone wrong.
In case of any discrepency, approch epfo and complain the matter.
May be your epf accumulation before 2014 is not merged with you UAN.
