1. I have submitted my resignation one month ago. I have a notice period of 60 days, but I want to serve only 30 days. I have a leave balance of 50 days. Pls, suggest me.
2. In this notice period if I join another company what will happen?

1. You can request for adjusting one month leave due against the remaining notice period. But it is entirely upto the management to accept or reject it. However if it is rejected then equivalent salary for the leave accrued is to be given.
2. If you join another company, then it will be double employment which is illegal and improper. We have seen in this forum many querists wanting advice on the issue of overlapping employment for even one day which is causing problems in background verification after many years.

if you join new company before the notice period of previous company is over it will result in dual employment which is legally not right. better to get extension to join from the new company or request early relieving by payment of salary in lieu of notice period from the last company.
