I have to design and develop training program for my intership project. I know ADDIE model but havent used in real life project or work.
Please someone can share real life example about whole process or project report of their past work. I have create project report. My area of project is manufacturing industries.

A training program for what exactly?
Every member here works in different industries, and in training one size does not fit all. Your task is design a training program for the organisation where you are doing your internship. What other people are doing in training is irrelevant, they don't work in your organisation.
You said you know ADDIE model. Then follow it. You have the answers there.
Do a training needs assessment to find the knowledge gaps - as this is just an internship project just focus on one or two areas
Develop a training program based on that assessment
Design an implentation program to deliver the training
Design an assessment method to evaluate how the trainees will meet the requirements
Design an evaluation method for the training program so that management can judge its effectiveness on productivity
Then you can write your project report on the the process. If in doubt talk to your tutor/professor and seek his guidance and clarification.

Is this Internship a part of your academic course, if yes, BE OR MBA or M.Phil, Ph.D.? What's the topic. The internship is to be undergone in an industry or office/project as the case may be. Your designing the course should be made in such a way to suit your Trainer establishment. It would also be appropriate if you would finalise your designing in consultation with the Trainer. With your sketchy info members may not be able to provide reasonable guidance to you.

thank you John sir and Kumar sir. It is garment manufacturing company. My project title is effective production planning through training intervention.
Gap was product delivery delay due to improper production planning and communication.
It is for my academic course in training and development. Due to covid i am using online mode for the intership.
I dont have much networking with any trainer who is good in TNA. Mostly they had experience in delivery part or content design.
I dont know how much charges people take for helping in such case.
