Hello guys my father was working in N.D.M.C as a regular worker he died in May 2017 while in service - he was an active contributor since 2014

for the first two-year the firm didn't even want to listen and said that we have some issues with pf regarding PF balance they are working on the mass merger for some account and fixing balances

my father still has 2 UAN numbers with the same firm having different joining date

Second issue PF Says DATE OF EXIT Should Be Date of Death but employer exited with last ATTENDANCE around 17 days before death he was in the hospital during these 17 days however employer gave the reason "DEATH IN SERVICE'' in exit reason

in 2017 i prepared the offline form for EDLI, 10D, And FORM 20 it's a government firm so officers are not always willing to sign verify documents and stamp, etc, it was very hard to verify documents in a government firm but I had done it in 2017.

But the form I prepared had an old pf account which had a balance at that time but now it moved to a different UAN pf account so as I said I need to prepare a new form with new can detail and need to again request a government firm to get it verified which is a very hard process in a government firm.

in NDMC the employees handling pf processes don't even know what to do in pf death cases still it's been a struggle to convince them.

after doing some research I found that I need to submit the JOINT declaration form duly signed by the employer I have done that but now pf department says you also need to tell the employer to prepare a letter and confess that we have some mistakes in the date of exit and date of joining again one more headache

my experience is very bad with PF they made whole this process very very complex

i am losing hopes that i will get death claim benefits sooner I still need to struggle a lot as no one might help in this.

if anyone of you faced the same issues and able to get the claim approved please guide me with the right details

My Mother is a Dialysis patient and she is the nominee as well there was no e-nomination done before the death of my father that is why I am struggling offline.
