Please help me with what notices shall I display on the notice board in the Corporate Office and in Factory notice board as well under various Acts coming under Central Laws and Karnataka Laws.

In Corporate office, you can consider exhibiting Notices as per following:-
1. Company's Vision, Mission, Employees' Health & Safety policies.
2. Chairman's message
3. List of employees
4.. List of Holidays declared for the year----
5.. Notice showing hours of work, break, with business commencement time and
end time.
6. You can also exhibit the abstract of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
7. Emergency Contact numbers
at Factory notice board
1. Photo Copy of Licence under Factories Act.
2. Certified Standing Orders - Photo copy (if CSO is not applicable, copy of Model Standing Orders)
2. Factory working hours, break, with shift commencement time and end time
(include details of all three shifts, if applicable)
3. Details of Office bearers of Registered Trade Unions, if any
4. You can display abstract of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
5. You can give names & contact numbers of various committees & sub-committees
(POSH COMMITTEE (can give the details in Corp.office Notice Board also)
Canteen committee and other sub-committee if any
6. Security Officer - number /Security office - after working hours)
7. Medical centre, First aid and Fire fighting - contact persons and numbers
Any other document which you think is important for information to workers
