Hi, which components included in calculating PF amount in 2020 after Supreme Court Judgement to add Special allowance for PF calculation, what other Allowances we need to include in Basic Wage?

Madam, All other allowance/s except HRA need to consider for PF calculation, subject to the ceiling amount of INR 15,000/- P.M. Regards, Suresh

In a company when they were contributing 12% towards PF with equivalent amount from the management on the gross salary (excluding HRA) exceeding 15000 pm., can they now revise it and restrict it to 15000 only ?
