What I understood from your various posts above that you have engaged 30 ISM workers. According to you now to obtain / renew the licence you need to have 50 ISM workers as per new amendment.
Can you please supply us the copy of this amendment?
According to my knowledge, there is no such amendment and you need to obtain / renew your licence when you have more than 5 ISM workmen.
