Dear HR Fraternity members,
You all aware that four Labour codes received President assent but the date of applicability of four Labour codes are yet to publish by Ministry of Labour, today news is that, Principal Secretary of Labour department, Central, is working on draft rules on four Labour Codes, tentatively said that these four labour codes will be implemented with effect from 1st April, 2021. Many HR friends have gone through the four Labour Codes, few HR experts have expressed their opinions, but no one have compared what exactly these four Labour Codes have changed from existing to new. I have tried and compared New Code on wages, Industrial Relation code, with current Wages Act, IR Acts respectively. The same is attached for information.
