What are are things asked by current employer to previous employer during BGV? Like I’m working in 3rd switched company. But I don’t want to show my first company.

There is no laid down formula on the questions that can be asked during BGV, it would depend entirely on the current employer. In general terms it can be said that they would be seeking feedback on the performance and conduct in one way or the other.

There is no standard format followed by companies and it is tailor made based on company's requirements.
But generally it seeks to know information on designation/nature of work, period worked, salary , conduct with others, how performed his/her job and specific reasons for leaving and whether company would like to rehire in future if suitable opportunity is available etc.
