Dear All, I am working in the Facility management company, we take a housekeeper contract, as a contractor we have to provide compliance support to clients. so I want to know the list of compliance to be maintained by the contractor and is it compulsory to submit it in hard format (eg registers) or could be given in soft format

Contractors on contract must comply with
Epf, esic,statelabourwelfare,bonus,contract license applicability if applicable,PTRC, and leave with wages etc.
Back ground verification is additional requirement.
Every month audit is recommended on the above compliance and maintenance of eecords thereof.
