Hi, I need an SOP document for joining of duty post after a long absence either due to sickness of self or family member or due to police case. I need it asap.. pls reply

I think a general form of 'joining duty' would suffice. Here you have to segregate the nature of absence into normal leave, leave of absence due to lock down. General format would serve your purpose if the absence is authorised either as a regular leave or Covid-19-lockdown. What's this police case you are talking about? Is this anything to do with employees caught & quarantined for violations of SOP imposed during the pandemic regulations stipulated from time to time?. If yes, then you have to think it over further on such cases in detail individually. May be you have to insist for a Covid Negative certificate before joining,
