Thanx a million, apart, could u help me out on the salary slab for a SME. The company working is a 15+ Cr. Turnover Engineering organisation with ISO9001:2000 certification.
The managment have asked me to provide them the salary slab for the various job positions in our organisation, viz., how much has to pay in the starting, increments/pay revision in an year.
How much has to pay for fresher, of 1 year/2 yr/3 yr/4 yr/5 yr; 5 - 10 yr, 10 - 15 yr & 15-20 yr experience ?
I shall be posting the same after sorting out the positions in the forum.

Hi Seema,
I have gone through the break up. I seems fine but wanted to know why you haven't added the reinburse amount, you could have actually added it in the CTC and then show it in the deductions.
More over wanted to know what is the percentage of employee and employer contribution towards ESIC you have taken.

Hi Babita,
ESI is contributed from both the sides Employee as well as Employer.
It is been calculated on the basis of Gross salary per month and the maximum ceiling is 10000 Rs./Month.
The contribution from both the sides is as below-
Employee Side- 1.75% of gross/month
So if gross of an employee is 8000/month then
ESI contribution would be 8000*1.75% = 140 Rupees
Employer side- 4.75% of gross/month
ESI contribution would be 8000* 4.75% = 380 Rupees.

Amit Seth.

Dear Seema
insert a row for gratuity @4.88%, and, FBT rates are 6% on total reimbursement. (for the reimbursement heads you have selected) Company can even recover the FBT if its a big amount for the organisation, or may consider as pART OF ctc.
