Hi, I'd my LWD as 31st March'19 and D.O.J as 29th march'19. The HR did not extend my D.O.J as she had her lame reason (she said mine was the last hiring though there were many candidates hired in a span of a month). I tried contacting HR in my previous company and they denied changing the LWD. Could this be a problem in the future? If Yes, how can I come out of this as I can't be working for my current company till the end? At some point, I will switch and overlapping will come into the picture.
