Hi, Pls. guide me on the below issues during the new working situation, we were used to doing water cooler talks with the employees, face to face interactions, celebrating festivals, the birthday of employees etc. earlier to increase the involvement & motivation of employees. But in the new normal situation, it becomes difficult to maintain. Can you pls. give some inputs /ideas to start it again.
