PROFESSIONALS AND BUSINESSES PARTICIPATING IN DISCUSSION
Pls confirm whether it is required for State Govt (EDist. Portal) or Central Govt (Shram Suvidha).
The major Docs are:- Login detail of Authorised representative (Aadhar), Client agreement (showing period), Form V, Declaration Certificate with MD/Proprietor ID Proof (Aadhar, PAN etc.), Address proof of the representative, Contact No. and Email detail of HO-Site Representative,.
The size of all above docs must be less than 100 KB.
I process Labour Licence for various units in Delhi (//edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/[/url]), for which I have prepared a specimen format (on basis of fields as required in portal).
Pls find attached the format, hope this will help you.
