Wish to Draft an email to an employee who resigned after 4 years and now claiming LTA, Medical & PF together. As we are a company based in Dubai, having a ver small set up in India does not come in the category of PF as per the law. Can someone please help in writing the email to the employee that the claims he is making after 4years is not valid

Please put up a draft wherein you have to give ref details of his appointment ref no/date and his resignation date, your company's resignation acceptance letter, if any (refno./date) and reference details of his relieving order, issued by your company.

we appointed Employee on 30th Nove 2015 he resigned on 15th August 2020, we provided the annuxer A with part A & B

were is Part A is fixed he is getting every month (without any deduction) But part B which is LTA / Medical Scheme & PF he is asking for accumulated amount

company is Dubai based firm having 3 -4 People in India Office hence does not fall under PF category.

LTA & Medical he never submitted any bills or Leave emails (i Think as per the rule he needs to claim every 2 years block, or it gets waived off)

Company never deducted any PF amount from his salary nor showing in the Payslips , can he ask for Employer contribution ? if yes then what about employee contribution which was never deducted.

is he eligible to claim this amount ?? if yes can anybody claim such big amount after 4 years ,

Can employer deny all his claim
