How big is your Co. What type of operations/business your Co is doing? Is't regd under the Shops act or Factories act or what?
Subject to your clarifications - you have to prepare generally following-
1. Mission & vision documents - Organisation chart/hierarchy
2. HR & Leave Policies-Job description, specifications, remuneration etc.
3. Model Standing Order, if applicable
4. Conduct & Discipline Rules
5. Internal Committee to deal with complaints of harassment to women employees, if applicable.
6. Performance Review, Incentives & Production/performance-linked remuneration/bonus matrix
7. Administrative & financial delegation of powers & responsibilities
8.If applicable-Production/industrial safety, environmental policies
9.Staff welfare, grievances redressal mechanism
10.Perspective & Corporate plan, R&D for future growth and so on.
