Dear All, We provide laborers on a contract basis and all those employees EPF and ESIC are filing on a regular basis.
However, we have another business of event management for this we pay other agencies for providing emcee (Manpower) usually they don't have EPF and ESIC.
So can someone explain what will be our liability?
