Hello everyone, I am working as a HR Exe., Management have asked me to take daily work reports from all the employees (Facade designers, Accountants, Billing team, Purchase exe, Store exe, Production team, Site supervisors, Admin, Receptionist).
As well management has asked to take next month's Action plan from employees and to ask them to self evaluate their work and rate their performance.
I have to analyze and give feedback, based on their daily work report. Please guide
