Company in the factory act did not pay bonuses to employees for the last 10 years who worked for 25 years stating it has losses and its extra hard to generate any revenue after COVID-19. Can I force the company to give the remaining bonus now?
Also, the company paid the bonus for the first 15 years but paid in cash and did not take any signature or any document to date. Can I demand an entire 25 years bonus so that company gets scared and pays the remaining bonus? What document should I sign when the company gives a bonus so that company does not take any benefit from me and should I take money in cash or bank?

As per bonus act, minimum bonus of 8 33% on basic and DA is applicable.
