1. Factories Act
2. Payment of wages Act
3. Minimum wage Act
4. Payment of Gratuity Act
5. Payment of Bonus Act
6. EPF Act
7. ESI Act
8. EC Act
9. POSH Act
10. Equal Remuneration Act
11. Gujrat Labour Welfare Act
and some more.
You need to maintain various registers, forms, notices, returns, abstract under the above laws and your state rules framed under-it. You are a HR Executive. You must refer the applicable laws to you and pull out the registers prescribed therein.
