Sir, Please let us know if the name of EPF member and father's name should be mentioned in Form 19 and 10C as per Pancard or Aadhaar card. My transfer ( Form 13) was rejected bcoz father's name not match. My father's name is iń full form (including surname) in pan card whereas in Aadhaar card surname is given in initials.
Most of the EPF members are unable to transfer or withdraw amount as it gets rejected due to mismatch of member name or father's name as per KYC document or Bank account. Even HR Dept in company doesn't provide guidelines to fill up forms.

Suggestion to rectify father's name in KYC by authorizing employer to rectify it online by EPFO authorities.
At present EPF member has to submit Joint declaration form duly signed by employer along with self attested signature on copy of Pancard and Aadhaar card to EPFO Regional office.
