Nothing excites us more than a fresh start. We all really love the start of every new year to make some promises, to make some resolutions like to do exercise for 1 hour everyday, to read self-helps book everyday, listen to only positive and calm music in the morning, to encourage and appreciate every person we meet in a day, not to watch T.V. all day, to eat only healthy food, to visualize our goals as already done, to plan our next day’s schedule and prioritized to-do list.
Why not create a smaller version by organizing our life at the start of each week? Wouldn’t that be exciting?
It would be the perfect time for us to create a few goals for the next seven days ahead.
Here are a few things to keep in mind as you start a brand new week:
1) Set daily/weekly Goals that push you beyond your comfort zone
2) Most people are BORED and disengaged because they haven't created a "WHAT's NEXT?" List
3) Social Media is the perfect place to get trapped in the ILLUSION of Achievement.
4) Humans thrive on the feeling of PROGRESS. Remove this feeling from an individual's life and you would removed her primal driving force.
