How to draft appointment letter for a marketing staff and store keeper, ensuring that they do not fall under category of workman. As both the designation are not of supervisory nature. There has been few court cases where even managers have claimed to be WORKMAN as they were not doing any supervisory work. Similar logic can be used by quality control person as he is also not supervising any worker.
