I agreed and signed a contract for temporary reduction of my salary due to the impact of Covid 19 to my employer's company.
My temporary salary reduction is for a period of Six Months and it will end on October.
My question is, in case I will go for Annual Leave this August, my leave salary will be calculated based on my original salary or temporary reduced salary? Kindly assist what is the legal base on UAE law.
