My company has requested for a declaration from all employees, about the pay-cut/bonus cut/ctc restructuring. We provide the Annual CTC (Gross Annual Salary+1 month salary as bonus+ leave pay of 15 days). Post the pandemic condition, company is restructuring the CTC. As the bonus payment is waved off, company has asked for declaration from employees that they are ready for voluntarily reducing the payment/salary.
How comfortably we can deal this situation, without any legal course of action.
Please suggest & advise further.
