I would be thankful if the learned people here can guide me on what are the documents/records/registers,etc required to follow all compliance's as in ESI, PF, Labor Laws and any other similar compliance.
Also please guide me on how to maintain them, that is, how to fill the registers like wage register, bonus register,etc and their formats and templates if any. For example, payroll sheet to appointment letter to FnF letter formats and templates and other forms if applicable since i do not know all these things in detail.
Also, for how long should we maintain these documents, like PF payment slip, ESI payment slip, Salary sheet and other documents. Can we maintain all compliance documents in digital format or should there be hard copy versions of it.
