Dear sir, I was working in a school as a teacher for 6 years then i resigned on 17-06-2018. Now i want to apply for my PF, for this i want to enter date of exit. But my employer not cooperating with me he said that he will not show me the exact date of exit which he submitted in EPFO portal. I received my last contribution for june 2018. I saw my PF pass book & it shows last contribution of pf is 'cont. for 07-2018'. My kyc is updated only i need the date of exit. What should I do now please help me. I need of money.

Your Ex Employer might have already entered your Date of Exit in EPF Portal.Now, PF Withdrawal is through online.There is also Provision to enter Date of exit by Member in EPF Portal.You can enter your Date of Exit same as Date of Resignation.

But sir, if my employer entered a different date for exit on EPFO portal? Because he told me he will not show me the exact date which he entered in EPFO. If i enter date of exit (that is my date of resignation) & if it's not matched with my employer date so is there any problem? Please help me sir.

Mr. Zain Khan, Your Resignation Date is 17-06-2018, If you have received 01.06.2018 to 17.06.2018 salary from previous employer, your exit date is 17.06.2018, but you have not received any salary from that employer your exit date is 31.05.2018. please check and confirmed.

I am disappointed with your reply.You have not read my reply with attention.There is no scope for if & But in Statutory matters.You have to log in to your UAN Member Portal & find out Joining Date & leaving Date.If Date of exit is not entered, you can enter & proceed with withdrawal.You can message your UAN, I can confirm with Document containing Date of Joining & leaving.If your Employer had entered Date of exit, the same will be reflected in your Portal.If not entered by Employer, Member can enter.There is no scope for entering Twice.Your apprehension is unwarranted
