You left the company after serving for 8 years. You served the notice period. You got your full and final dues including payment of gratuity. But the company is not giving you relieving letter / experience letter. You said the company is doing it intentionally. What is the intention of the company?
I will not advise you to proceed legally for getting relieving letter / experience letter.
You need to request the company i.e. to your past employer with very polite and humble way. The company will definitely listen to your humble and polite request when you worked for 8 years and left it gracefully, decently and delightfully. If required, you have to approach the top management or CEO of the company. If you hurt someone knowingly or unknowingly, tender your apology unconditionally.
At the same that you need to talk to your existing employer and convince the officer that you left your ex-employer gracefully, decently, delightfully and accordingly your all the dues are also settled with out any hassle or hesitation by the company. But now after lapse of one year the company is now not issuing you the relieving letter / experience letter.
Proceeding legal way or even giving a legal notice, your eight years relationship or the relationship up till now with the company will come to an end, which I advise you to avoid.

sunil-kumar1Srinath ,Yes I have acceptance letter of resignation but in normal relieving letter not required so haven't requested for the same but now current employer (new ) asking so request sent number of times but they not responding

There is EGO issue with director of the company where at the time of leaving company they given one letter to sign basically it was agreement to not join competition and also asked to handover my personal SIM card which was denied by me and I joined one startup company which was in same business so they have taken the same in negative way.
Spoke to current employer but they not agreed and infact due to that I am unemployed as well. They want relieving as they have standard by which international auditor will raise questions on them.
Also requested Ex employer director through whatsapp as they not responding on call but they not replying neither HR responding and simply without having the same I can't work in any MNC .
Please advise Now 🙏

MM87F&F is incomplete without relieving certificate. You can ask them to give you a experience certificate by just mentioning one line like below:-
Mr. _____ stands relived from our services effective dd/mm/yyyy
This line can be mentioned in your experience certificate from old employer and can be used by your current employer as a valid document.
You have delayed the case for pretty long now, please try and close this amicably trying to explain the need of this letter. If still your past employer is refusing you can walk up to a legal counsel for help.
