Please help me to draft a letter that can be issued to an employee working for one of our USA based company. This employee is operating all US work in ight shifts from our office located in India. The salary paid to the employee is by our USA company.
Names of the company based in India is different from one based in USA.
Please reply to my query. Its a very urgent requirement.
