I due to the accident he has been totally disabled, then only he will bet gratuity. Under the Death cum Gratuity Scheme, the employee permanently disabled or the dependents of the deceased employee shall get gratuity considering his actual service and notional service projected to date of superannuation. Note that all policies shall not have this benefit but policies which assure this death benefits only have this benefit. For this an additional premia will have to be paid by the employer.
