This post is about my PF claim rejection stating
1) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE 2) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE"
As my bank didn't print my name on cheque leaf. On enquiry with concern bank they gave me a print paper consisting of my name Ifsc along bank account statement to try with it. Does epfo office will accept it or not? What can I do? Because now m staying in different place now and my bank branch is in another place
Secondly can I write my name and sign on cheque leaf and cancelled and submit ?
Kindly give suggestions for this.

Cheque leave is not mandatory, you can upload your bank passbook in which certainly, your name, account number and IFSC will be printed and visible for the PF officers. The printed paper may not be acceptable because the office order says about cheque or passbook. Perse, it is at par with passbook but the system will reject it. Therefore, please upload your passbook.
