• Office administration, Safety & hygiene maintaining, Housekeeping attendance maintaining, Housekeeping Items Receipts and consumption records maintaining, Housekeeping Staffs payments settling.

• EB Payments, Mobile Payments, Flight Booking, Cab Booking, Hotel Booking, Staff welfare arrangements.

• Maintaining of vehicles Trip sheet, kilo meters running.

• Scrap revenue generation and record maintaining.

• Quotes & Invoices Preparation in Multi Currencies, MIS summary Reports of quotes & Invoices, Chart preparation and reporting the expected business.

• Purchase order Preparation, Purchase of equipment’s, Chemicals, Animals, Stationary and Housekeeping Items. Interact with departments for their requirements, MIS Preparation of material Pending from Supplier.

• Responsible of preparation Bills payable and receivable, expenses booking. Petty cash Maintaining.
