I applied for a scheme on LWF Haryana and got objection related to total contribution which was only Rs 90 though employee is working from 2 years in organization how to solve this issue

If you don't know how you indicated a contribution of only Rs.90 how will we know ? Are we maintaining your pay roll, is't a magic? Before raising your queries you should check back your data and ascertain how & why, find whether your workings are correct or not. And if you do that you can come out with an answer.
