Hi, I need to pay labour cess for my project. I know that I have to pay it to the Secretary, Haryana and Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. However, I am unable to figure out how to pay it to them. Do I need to register on some websites and then initiate the payment through them? If yes, can someone please tell me the websites and where exactly on the website do I need to go to create the required accounts. And, if not a website then how else can I pay labour cess?
