There is no set of Labour laws exclusively for start-ups. Whatever applicable will apply to start-ups. There are some financial & procedures help thru' various scheme which can be availed from the authorities concerned. You can browse the links provided on these pages at the bottom & sides which will help you to understand matters involved. All Mandatory Employment-related and Workplace-related Laws applicable to any Commercial Establishments (Non- Manufacturing) shall apply in your Start-Up Establishment with Proviso that you may apply for & obtain Exemptions (specific to your Esta).
While on the subject, please take Note that the Provisions of Sexual Harassment of Woman atWorkplace (Prvntion, Prohibition & Redressal ) Act 2013 shall Compulsorily apply to your Workplace if Ten and more Workers including on Contract etc are employed/engaged irrespective of whether there is / are Woman/Women employed or not.
Constitute an Internal Committee comprising of 4 Functioneriees (as per Section-4), Organize Mandatory Twin-Programs for IC Members and if you came into existence in year 2019, request your IC to prepare and File the ICAnnual Report for Calendar Year 2019 ( ection-21 & 22)
