There are a few links on to your right & bottom of the screen which also discusses HR matters relating to COVID-19 season !!.
We are aware it is not possible for HR people to go into root causes of COVID-19 pandemic. May be we should limit to the HR roll into the fall out thereof focusing on problems & regrouping, re-engineering requirements thrown open by inevitable lock down scenario that unfolded and challenges to be faced in due course in a short term & long term, which might, according to present opinions expressed run into a couple of years hence. In this respect how HR will scheme it out the WFH routine and policy changes. May be remuneration & compensation, IR issues also have to be revisited. For those covered under ID act etc the definition of 'work place', premises, periphery, in the vicinity, in the course of employment etc. also have to engage our attention, including amendments in LLs, SO etc.
