if someone could not recieve OTP on cell during PF withdrawal, can he/she make another attempt to withdraw?

Kindly check whether mobile number is correctly updated in EPFO site?

Also check whether the Adhar is linked to the telephone number or not. It may happen that the adhar may contain one number and the PF may have another number registered in the portal.
