Hi, I am working in Retail Industry and handling HR department. One of my team met is not performing up to the marks due to his casual approach towards his work and does not want to come out from his comfort zone. Knowledge is not a concern for him but unable to perform on task as per given TAT and does not want to take any extra initiatives.Request you to please help with PIP draft for such non performing HR.
