What are the exit formalities that can be followed if a employee is doing work from home in the COVID situation?

Hello All,
I work as a hr in a start up in a IT Sector. All of us are working from home. and Today is the last day of one of the resigned employee. As all of employees are doing work from home in this lock down, can any one suggest a procedure for remote exit formalites?
